We have introduced a cancellation and non-attendance policy to all individual Osteopathy, Massage Therapy, Dietetics and Exercise Physiology appointments. We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
To change your appointment, you can call the clinic on 9876 5815, email info@maroondahosteo.com.au or change your appointment using the online portal. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you will incur a fee, 50% of the appointment cost, which must be paid prior to attending your next appointment.
We ask for as much notice as possible so your appointment time can be offered to patients on our waitlist.
We understand that exceptional circumstances do occur, therefore given the situation, grace may be offered.
A reminder for all Clinical Gym and Pilates class bookings, we require at least 12 hours notice if you are unable to attend to avoid a cancellation fee.
To change your class booking please use the GymMaster app/website. If 12 hours notice is not provided, you will incur a fee, the full class fee.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are not going to attend so the place in the class can be allocated to people on the waitlist.
