Pre-Teen Gym Classes

Our Pre-Teen Gym is a weekly program run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. Thus fun group session has a max of 6 participants. It is targeted at 8-12 year olds wanting to improve their speed, agility, strength & coordination in a group environment. This can also be a good way to introduce your child to a gym environment for the first time, learning how to use the space safely. 

 

Pre-Entry Requirement: 60 minute 1:1 initial assessment 

Includes: 10 x 45 min 1:6 gym sessions

Teen Gym Classes
