Maroondah Osteopathy & Sportscare first established itself in the vibrant community of North Ringwood in 2010. We proudly have valuable relationships with local schools clubs and fundraising events.
Kaitlyn graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). She enjoys working with people from all walks of life and has a special interest in acute neck and low back pain, as well as pregnancy-related pain, and headache/migraine management.
Having always been active and involved in sport herself, Kaitlyn understands the importance of staying mobile and engaged in the things you love. She enjoys getting to know her patients and being part of their journey – whether that’s returning to sport, work, or everyday activities – and values being part of a community that supports each other’s health and wellbeing.
Megan is the Principal Osteopath and established Maroondah Osteopathy & Sportscare in 2010 and she is very proud and privileged to have an amazing team working with her.
She is an honest and determined Osteopath who strives everyday to provide her patients with the best care possible. She has particular interest and experience in treating patients with sports injuries and chronic pain and uses a variety of hands on techniques to help relieve discomfort.
She has completed further training in lumbo-pelvic pain, rock taping and tendon injuries.
David is a caring and thorough Osteopath who works with his patients to address the origin of their pain and work out a solution that works best for them. He takes a hands-on, structural approach to his treatments and guides his patients through their journey back to health.
David Graduated from RMIT in 2017 and has also completed extra courses in dry needling, cupping and functional taping. He has a particular interest in treating sports injuries with a personal history working with patients from athletics and football backgrounds.
Madison is a caring and compassionate osteopath who has completed her Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. Since then she has completed further studies in dry needling and myofascial cupping which she likes to utilise in treatment.
Madison enjoys treating patients of all ages but has a special interest in treating acute pain complaints as well as shoulder, neck and low back pain. When treating Madison uses a combination of manual therapy techniques, exercise rehabilitation and patient education. Along with this, Madison works with patients to create management plans tailored to the individual, empowering them through education and support.
When not in the clinic, Madison enjoys walking her dog Baxter, socialising with friends and family or reading a good book. Madison also has a passion for travelling and is always thinking about where she can travel to next.
Jess is an Osteopath who has been part of the Maroondah Osteo Team since 2012. She loves being part of the North Ringwood and surrounding community.
Jess loves the variety of people and different conditions that present to the clinic. She enjoys problem solving and figuring out what is causing someone’s pain and the best way to treat and manage their condition. She has a special interest in jaw pain and women’s health.
Jess has completed further training in lumbo-pelvic pain, rock taping, dry needling, tendon injuries and after breast cancer treatment.
Bella holds a Master’s Degree in Dietetics from Deakin University and is an Accredited Sports Dietitian with a passion for helping people fuel their best performance, both on and off the field.
With experience supporting elite athletes as well as those who enjoy sport and exercise recreationally, Bella brings practical, evidence-based strategies to optimise energy, recovery, and performance. Beyond sports nutrition, she has a special interest in women’s health and diabetes management, empowering individuals to take control of their nutrition in a way that is sustainable and personalised to them.

Joel is a passionate Exercise Physiologist with his Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University. Joel has completed a range of university clinical placements where he has learnt to use exercise to our advantage to help make us stronger, and get back to doing the things we love the most.
Joel has a special interest in cardiac and neurological rehabilitation using a variety of different modalities to get the best outcomes.
He has a passion for the human body and understanding the benefits of exercise in helping improve overall wellbeing and quality of life!
Courtney is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist that graduated with her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University in 2024. She has worked for several years in the injury prevention and rehabilitation space as well as working in sports as a strength and conditioning coach.
She is passionate about helping people to feel healthier and stronger, aiming to allow them to live their most fulfilling lives.
Emma is a passionate Exercise Physiologist who enjoys helping her patients get the best out of their body. She has extensive experience in both Private Practice and Private Rehabilitation Hospitals.
She has had extensive experience in orthopaedic trauma/injuries (particularly the lower limb and back), pain management, women’s health, sporting injuries and rehabilitation for the older population.
Jessenia is passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve their lifestyle goals and has experience in supporting athletes through injury recovery and improving performance. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (with a concentration in Allied Health) at Ottawa University in Kansas, USA.
She moved to Australia to play soccer and currently competes for the Ringwood City VPL Women’s team. Her future goal is to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, furthering her expertise in rehabilitation and performance training.

Kate is an enthusiastic Remedial Therapist who is dedicated to working with each patient to create an individual and catered treatment plan in order to get everyone back on their feet.

She has a particular interest in treating weekend warriors and athletes using sports massage, in assisting them with injury management and keeping their bodies in top condition.
