1. This offer applies only to appointments with Lachlan Hawken, Osteopath, at Maroondah Osteopathy & Sportscare. It does not apply to appointments with any other practitioner at the clinic.

2. All appointments with Lachlan, both initial consultations and reviews, are $99 when attended between Tuesday 20 October 2026 and Saturday 31 October 2026 (inclusive).

3. Standard fees are $177 for an initial consultation (45 minutes) and $148 for a review (45 minutes minutes). From 1 November 2026, standard fees apply.

4. No private health insurance rebates, Medicare or third-party claims (e.g. TAC, WorkCover, DVA, NDIS) are available for appointments with Lachlan. The full $99 fee is payable at the time of your appointment.

5. Bookings must be made by phone on 9876 5815 or in clinic. Online bookings are not available for this offer.

6. Review appointments are booked only where clinically indicated, as recommended by your Osteopath.

7. This offer cannot be used with any other offer or discount.
