Our Pre-Teen Gym is a weekly program run by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists. This fun group session has a max of 6 participants. It is targeted at 12-16 year olds wanting to improve their speed, agility, strength & coordination in a group environment. This can also be a good way to introduce your child to a gym environment for the first time, learning how to use the space safely.
Pre-Entry Requirement: 60 minute 1:1 initial assessment
Includes: 10 x 45 min 1:6 gym sessions

Our popular Clinical Gym classes are run multiple times every weekday by Accredited Exercise Physiologists. In these classes, you are provided with an individually tailored program designed to help you achieve your goals. These classes are ideal for people who are recovering from injury, and those who want to feel safe exercising under supervision in a gym environment. These supportive group classes have a maximum of 5 participants.

Our small group Clinical Pilates classes are run multiple times every weekday by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Osteopaths. In these classes, you are provided with an individually tailored program designed to help you achieve your goals. These classes are ideal for people who are recovering from injury, and those who are wanting a supervised Pilates program. Our Osteopath trained in Pelvic Health can also assist with programs relating to Pelvic Floor, Pre/Postnatal and prolapse concerns. These supportive group classes have a maximum of 5 participants.
