Dr Kate Cartledge
Osteopath & Pilates

She is an attentive and thorough Osteopath who enjoys working with a range of patients and assisting them to actively “be and feel the best they can”.
Kate has a passion for treating individuals of all ages and has a special interest in sporting injuries and rehabilitation with lots of experience in the local and professional sporting industry.

Dr Maddie Clark
Osteopath

She is a compassionate and approachable Osteopath who has a particular interest in injury management, shoulder complaints and various forms of back pain.
Maddie completed her studies at Victoria University and since then, she has completed further studies in dry needling and myofascial cupping which she likes to utilise in treatment.

Dr Nathan Switkowski
Osteopath

Nathan is an experienced and insightful Osteopath who’s focus is underpinned by clear and concise treatment plans, which include a combination of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises. He has particular interest in sporting injuries.
Nathan graduated from RMIT in 2017 with a strong passion to help others achieve better health and fitness. Since then, he has undergone further study in dry needling and mat Pilates.

Emma-Jae Adams
Exercise Physiologist

She is a passionate Exercise Physiologist who enjoys helping her patients get the best out of their body. She has extensive experience in both Private Practice and Private Rehabilitation Hospitals.
Emma has had extensive experience in orthopaedic trauma/injuries (particularly the lower limb and back), pain management, women’s health, sporting injuries and rehabilitation for the older population.

May Warrick
Exercise Physiologist

She is a compassionate Exercise Physiologist who graduated from Deakin University in 2016. May has completed a variety of athletic development internships and clinical placements where she has learnt to combine exercise and movement to improve function, performance and reduce pain.
May has a special interest in rehabilitation of the upper limb and back pain and uses a combination of clinical Pilates, clinical exercise and pain education to manage pain and dysfunction.

Rob Tchong
Exercise Physiologist

He is an Exercise Physiologist with a passion for improving client movement and well-being through exercise.
Rob has a keen interest working with a range of musculoskeletal injuries including treating lower back, pelvis, hip, knee and ankle. Additionally, he has worked with individuals with neurological conditions (Spinal Cord, MS, CP, stroke and MND), heart disease, arthritis, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

Heather Sterland
Remedial Massage Therapist

She is an experienced Remedial Massage Therapist who has been a part of the Maroondah Osteopathy & Sportscare team since its inception.
Heather is incredibly passionate about helping her clients with an individually tailored treatment to get them back to feeling their best. She is particularly interested in Massage for sports performance and recovery and pregnancy massage.

Molly Sheehan
Remedial Massage Therapist

She is a friendly and compassionate Remedial Massage Therapist who is currently completing her Adv. Dip. Of Myotherapy. She has also completed studies in Myofascial Cupping.
Molly enjoys taking the time to tailor treatment plans for patients of all ages, to help them get back to feeling their best. She takes a particular interest in massage for sport performance and recovery.

Bella Rennick
Dietician

She is a friendly and enthusiastic Accredited Practising Dietitian who believes in creating personalised nutrition plans and goals to improve an individual’s overall health and wellbeing
Bella completed her studies at Deakin University, and has a special interest in nutrition for sport and performance, Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, Malnutrition, Renal and Women’s Health. She is also completing further studies in Sports Dietetics to further enhance her care.

Pilates

She is passionate Pilates instructor who strives to assist clients on their journey to improve their ease of movement throughout life. She hopes to empower both young and young at heart, to enjoy all types of movement.
Roberta enjoys working with a great range of clients and strives to help them understand, enjoy and evolve their movement patterns.
